Please take a moment to review the following

Telehealth During

I am utilizing online video telehealth via rather than in-office appointments to insure the safety of those I work with and myself at this time.

First Appointment

Please access the Client Portal to complete initial intake forms, legal documents and review office policies as the first step in our work together. The Client Portal will enable secure messaging going forward and have found it a convenient tool to communicate. Know that I can also reach out by phone, text or email as you prefer to schedule sessions as well.
During our first appointment we will discuss the concerns that have brought you to therapy as well as identify what success would look like in planning next steps together.

Office Hours

I currently take appointments only for limited hours during the week from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and weekend mornings from 9:00am to noon.

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, PPO. I also accept Medicare.

My hourly rate is $100 an hour with flexibility to offer sliding scale for those with financial constraints.

For those whose insurance I do not accept, I can refer to colleagues who may accept your insurance. I ask that you make payment in full at the time of service, either by credit card, cash transfers such as Zelle and Venmo, and will provide billing statements as requested so you can file a claim with your insurance company. Note that in order to receive benefits, I am required to provide a diagnosis which will be a matter of record in your medical history.

Cancellations or Missed Appointments

Please make every effort to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance so that the space can be made available to someone else. You will be responsible for full fee for sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance. I will work to be flexible with individual situations.

I am not a medical doctor or medication prescriber. If medication is something you are considering, we can discuss your concerns and can assist in a referral.
